• Market location
• Reading
• Cambridge and Oxford Universites as research centres
• Labour supply (University Graduates)
• Travel links - motorways, rail, airports and destinations
• Names of companies
• Pleasant working environment
• Pleasant living conditions (where?)

All of these things will/should be in your book from this week’s work
